General Information
Art.1 - The website gioiellioro.eu is owned by GIOIELLERIA ARTE ORAFA DI ORLANDO VOLPE, located in Olevano Romano, via 6 Giugno 1944, n°104, registered with the Rome Chamber of Commerce, VAT No. 15518831001, Fiscal Code VLPRND76A28G274G, hereinafter referred to as "gioiellioro.eu". The following conditions apply to all products purchased on the site www.gioiellioro.eu. We recommend reading and printing this contract whenever a purchase is made, as these conditions may change over time.

Descriptions
Art.2 - All images of jewelry on the gioiellioro.eu website are accurately described and updated as far as possible. However, some photographs may differ insignificantly from the purchased jewelry (e.g., in size, as images are enlarged to highlight details for better evaluation, therefore not 1:1 scale).

Order Acceptance
Art.3 - Orders are considered accepted only when gioiellioro.eu sends an email confirming receipt (generally within 4-5 hours during normal shop hours: Monday to Saturday from 9:00 to 13:00 and 16:00 to 19:30; closed on Thursday). If the requested shipping address differs from the one entered by the customer at registration, gioiellioro.eu reserves the right to request a valid identification document (front and back photocopy) via fax. Orders for personalized merchandise (engravings on rings or wedding bands, resizing, etc.) with payment on delivery (COD) will not be accepted. Once accepted, the customer commits to paying for the item within five business days; after this period, the order will be cancelled.

Availability
Art.4 - gioiellioro.eu commits to shipping the jewelry or product chosen by the customer as soon as possible, ranging from the day of the order to a maximum of 2 (two) business days from payment confirmation. For unavailable items, an agreement will be reached between gioiellioro.eu and the customer, not exceeding 15 business days.

Terms and Conditions for the Purchase and Delivery of Diamonds from GioielliOro.eu

Diamond Availability: Please note that diamonds available for purchase are not physically present at our location. Diamonds are made available for purchase exclusively online through our website and ordered only after receipt of payment.

Diamond Pricing: Our diamonds are offered at very competitive prices due to their lack of physical availability on-site. This allows us to reduce operating costs and pass savings directly to our customers.

Online Diamond Purchase: Purchases must be made exclusively online via our website. Once the desired diamond is selected, the customer may proceed with the order and await payment instructions from management. To expedite this, we highly recommend contacting us by phone at 069562629 or via WhatsApp at the same number.

Payment Method: Payment can be made only via bank transfer. For immediate needs, an instant bank transfer is recommended. Instructions will be provided during checkout.

Payment Confirmation: After payment, please send the confirmation via WhatsApp to 069562629 or via email to info@gioiellioro.eu. Diamond shipping will be processed only after receipt of actual credit to our account.

Delivery Times: Once payment is confirmed, the diamond order will be processed and delivered to our location within 3 to 12 business days. Typically, it takes 5 business days to arrive at our location, plus an additional 2-3 business days to the customer's destination.

By accepting these Terms and Conditions, the customer declares they have understood and accepted all conditions regarding the purchase and delivery of diamonds from GioielliOro.eu.

Packaging
Art.4-1 - The jewelry case, if visible in photos, serves only an explanatory function. gioiellioro.eu reserves the right to replace it with another case at its discretion. Gift wrapping is always complimentary.

Payments
Art.5 -
- Cash on Delivery (Italy only): Accepted up to 499.00 Euro, providing detailed delivery instructions.
- In-store Pickup: You may pick up the jewelry in person at our shop; we accept cash within legal limits or advance bank transfer.
- Bank Transfer: Shipping will occur exclusively to the holder who executed the bank transfer, once payment is confirmed. For instant transfers, shipping is prioritized. Customers must send a copy of the receipt via email or fax to expedite processing. We reassure you that no credit card information will ever be in the possession of gioiellioro.eu.

Shipping and Insurance
Art.6 - gioiellioro.eu ships for free via insured delivery throughout Italy (delivery within 1-3 business days). For international destinations, delivery times will be communicated at the time of the order, but generally, delivery to major European cities takes 1-3 business days. Shipping is handled via specialized express courier, insured mail, or registered mail; the customer will be promptly informed. Once shipping begins, the customer can track the parcel via a tracking code provided on the carrier's website (gioiellioro.eu does not guarantee the carrier's website functionality). For security reasons, shipping to countries where standard delivery cannot be guaranteed will not be performed, and orders/registration will not be completed. The customer bears full responsibility for failing to comply with this clause. If delivery details differ from those provided at registration, or if necessary for secure order management, gioiellioro.eu reserves the right to request a valid ID and/or credit card photocopy via fax. All shipments require a signature by an adult; it is the customer's responsibility to ensure an authorized person is present at the delivery location. gioiellioro.eu disclaims all liability for deliveries made to the address provided to unauthorized persons. No other shipping methods will be used.

Art.6.1 - Shipping via armored truck with armed security guards can be requested. Estimated delivery in Italy is 5 business days, and the cost, communicated in advance, is borne by the buyer. For significant amounts, the management may decide to grant this service for free. It is specified that if the buyer decides to pick up the item in person at our office, this amount cannot be deducted or discounted from the purchase price.

Returns and Right of Withdrawal
Art.7 - The customer has the right to withdraw from the contract without penalty and without providing a reason within 14 days of receipt. The right of withdrawal is subject to the following conditions: 1) Products must NEVER have been used or worn and must show no signs of wear, abrasion, or scratches. 2) The accompanying tag or seal of authenticity, if present, must not be removed. 3) Products must be returned in their original packaging. 4) Certified diamonds are not returnable. Withdrawal process: Notify us within 14 days of receiving the package of your intent to withdraw, via registered mail with return receipt, then open a return in the dedicated section of the site. gioiellioro.eu will inform the customer of acceptance via email and authorize shipping the package to: Gioielleria Arte Orafa di Orlando Volpe, via 6 giugno 1944, 104, Olevano Romano (RM) 00035, Italy. Return shipping is at the buyer's expense and risk; any customs costs are the buyer's responsibility. Shipping costs incurred by the customer for returned goods are refundable only in case of a verified error by gioiellioro.eu. gioiellioro.eu reserves the right to refuse returns not respecting these clauses. Refunds will be made using the same payment method as the original order, excluding shipping costs, within 15 business days of receiving the return. Other refund methods may be agreed upon. Merchandise must be carefully placed in the original packaging, sealed inside a small box, and sealed with tape signed by the customer. Do not use the company name on the address label, only the name and surname of the owner: Rossana Proietti, Via 6 Giugno, 106, Olevano Romano (RM) 00035, Italy. Customized products (engravings/resizing) and earrings (hygiene reasons) are not returnable. Return shipping, insurance, and customs costs are the total responsibility of the buyer; the object travels at the buyer's risk. For high-value goods, gioiellioro.eu reserves the right to accept returns only after verifying the integrity of the package. gioiellioro.eu is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to returned merchandise.

Prices, VAT, and Invoicing
Art.9 - Product prices on gioiellioro.eu are in Euro and include VAT. Shipping costs are borne by gioiellioro.eu unless otherwise indicated. For every product purchased, gioiellioro.eu issues a regular invoice. Prices are kept as accurate as possible; however, if material or obvious errors in pricing are detected, gioiellioro.eu reserves the right to notify the buyer of the correctly updated price without this causing liability for either party.

Disputes
Art.10 - Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Court of Tivoli (RM) (Italy).

Privacy Policy and Data Processing
Art.11 - Information pursuant to Legislative Decree 196/03 on personal data protection. As the Data Controller, gioiellioro.eu (Orlando Volpe, Via 6 Giugno 1944, 104, Olevano Romano, Italy) informs you that: Data source is information provided at registration. Data will be processed to fulfill orders and services connected to the site. Data may be shared with couriers for shipping/delivery. Processing is necessary for contractual obligations and does not require explicit consent. Data is processed securely via electronic means. For contractual execution, data may be communicated to formal appointees and managers. In accordance with Art. 7 of D.lgs. 196/2003, you may request correction, update, cancellation, or blocking of data by writing to info@gioiellioro.eu.
