By choosing to pick up your purchase at our Jewelry store, you have the option to pay in cash within the limits established by law. Please note that for in-store pickups, we do not accept PayPal; any payments made via PayPal will be immediately refunded.

BANK TRANSFER
ATTENTION!
You have 5 days to complete the bank transfer. We will only ship once the funds have been transferred to our bank account, which generally takes 3-5 business days. If payment is not received within 5 days, the item will be returned to inventory for sale. Please always include your order number in the payment reference, and kindly send us proof of payment via email to info@gioiellioro.eu or via fax to 06 9562629. Bank details for the payment will be provided at the time of the order.

CASH ON DELIVERY (COD) - Italy Only
Spend limit: 499.00 Euros.
By choosing Cash on Delivery, you have the option to pay in cash directly to the courier up to a maximum of € 499.00. You agree to provide all necessary delivery details and confirm that someone will be present at the destination address on the scheduled delivery day. We will not process orders with incomplete addresses or missing telephone numbers.

Payment Method: Payment can be made only via bank transfer. For immediate needs, we recommend using an instant bank transfer. All necessary payment instructions will be provided during the checkout process.
Payment Confirmation: Once payment has been made, please send the confirmation of the transfer via WhatsApp to 069562629 or via email to info@gioiellioro.eu. The order for the diamond from our suppliers will be processed only after we have received confirmation of the actual credit to our current account.

IMPORTANT: The shipment of the merchandise will occur exclusively to the holder who executed the bank transfer, upon confirmation of the payment received.
